One stamped & tested 18KT yellow gold ladies combination cast & assembled sapphire, ruby and diamond heart ring with a bright polish finish. Condition is very good. Size 8. Identified with markings of "18K". Containing: One prong set round modified brilliant cut natural blue sapphire, measuring 8.00 - 8.00 x 5.20 mm,
approximate weight of 2.66ct., clarity is moderately included, type II, medium dark, moderately strong, blue color, cut is very good. Six prong set round modified brilliant cut natural rubies, measuring 3.50 - 3.00 x 2.11 mm, approximate total weight of 1.26ct., clarity is slightly included, medium, moderately strong, red color, cut is very good. Twenty-eight prong set single cut diamonds, measuring 1.50 - 1.50 x 0.90mm (depth est.) approximate total weight of 28 Stones = 0.34ct. Clarity of VS-2 to SI-1, color of H - I, cut is very good.
