<B>1899-S $20 MS64 NGC.</B></I> The 1899-S is one of the more available San Francisco twenties from this time period and it is occasionally found in MS64, although rarely finer, with a mere dozen specimens graded higher at both PCGS and NGC combined. This is a highly lustrous example that displays rich golden-orange color over each side. A tad softly struck on the peripheral stars, the centers are fully brought up.
