<B>1899-S $1 MS66 PCGS.</B></I> The 1899-S is scarce in the better grades of Uncirculated, and there is also a precipitous drop in the population figures from MS65 to MS66. This Premium gem example is crisply struck on the design features, and displays bright lustrous surfaces that are untoned, save for a hint of gold color on the left reverse.
