<B>1898 25C MS67 PCGS.</B></I> Among the broad spectrum of Barber quarter dollars, Mint State examples are certainly not rare, except when they are in Superb Gem quality such as this piece. The surfaces are virtually perfect with gorgeous ivory, gold, lime-green, and iridescent toning over frosty silver luster. All of the design details on each side are impressively defined. Slight date doubling is visible with a glass, and adds one additional aspect of desirability to this already amazing specimen that is tied for the finest certified by PCGS.
