<B>1898 $20 MS63 PCGS.</B></I> Bright and satiny, with fine grain, matte-like surfaces and alluring peach, rose, and green-gold coloration. A few wispy marks are noticeable on the obverse, but the reverse is remarkably clean for the grade. According to Q. David Bowers (2004): "Today the 1898 in Mint State is usually seen in MS-60 to MS-62, much less often in MS-63, and hardly ever finer."
