<B>1897 50C PR68 <img border='0' src='http://www.heritagecoins.com/images/star.gif' width=10 height=10> Cameo NGC.</B></I> NGC has certified three examples of this 731-piece issue as PR68 <B> S</B></I> Cameo (5/07), and interestingly, Heritage has offered all three. May 2003 saw our first specimen, a stunning blast-white coin, and the delicately toned Eliasberg/Hagun example sold in January 2005. The delectable piece offered here completes the triumvirate.<BR> Both sides exhibit decisively struck, richly frosted devices. Aside from a small wisp of milky color to the right of Liberty's lips, the obverse is essentially untoned, as is the reverse. The surfaces are practically flawless, as demanded of the grade, and the overall eye appeal is beyond reproach.
