<B>1896-O $1 MS63 PCGS.</B></I> Noted silver dollar expert Wayne Miller once commented, regarding the 1896-O, that no other Morgan dollar issue is as consistently deficient in terms of strike, luster, and surface preservation. The current offering is attractive, however, with obviously original surfaces that display bits of speckled patina near the borders. The luster is satiny and the striking details are a bit soft, but, other than a couple of ticks on Liberty's nose and chin, neither side reveals any distracting marks or abrasions.<BR><BR><B>Coin Engraver:</B> George T.
