<B>1896 25C PR67 NGC.</B></I> A gleaming representative with delightfully frosted, sharply struck devices and gleaming fields that show slight haze over parts of the reverse. Both sides show obvious contrast, though this did not translate into a Cameo designation on the holder. Beautifully preserved and delightful for this earlier Barber proof issue.
