<B>1896 Indian Cent--Double Struck, 2nd Strike 70% Off Center--AU55 NGC.</B></I> The first strike was normal, but the coin failed to eject from the die and was struck a second time at 11 o'clock relative to the initial blow from the dies. The second strike is widely off center toward 2 o'clock.
