<B>1895-S $1 MS63 PCGS.</B></I> This is an exceptional 1895-S dollar in that most Mint State coins are heavily bagmarked (David Bowers, 2006). Only a few minor luster grazes just barely preclude the next highest grade for this MS63 coin. The surfaces are partially prooflike, essentially untoned, and exhibit generally well struck devices.
