<B>1895-O 25C MS67 NGC.</B></I> A gorgeous and deeply toned example of this date. The surfaces are stunning, with deep blue and gray dominating, mixed with splashes of lighter burgundy and russet. Crisply struck with sharp stars and curls on the obverse, and similarly bold on the reverse with the wing and shield essentially complete, and the only softness resides on the uppermost details of the right claw and arrow feathers. Radiant luster peeks through from beneath the toning, and this coin is a technical close match to the Superb Eliasberg coin we sold in the Hugon Collection at the FUN show.
