<B>1895 $5 MS65 NGC.</B></I> While a relatively common date with a mintage of more than 1.3 million pieces, the 1895 is surprisingly elusive in Gem condition. The strong suit of this coin is its thick mint frost. Both sides also show rich brownish-tinged gold color, and there are no mentionable marks. Sharply defined throughout.
