<B>1895 25C MS66 NGC.</B></I> The 1895, with its 4.440 million mintage, is a slightly better date, like the 1894-P (David Lawrence, 1994). This is a highly appealing Premium Gem that remains bright white on the obverse with a touch of peripheral gold toning, and the reverse is evenly toned with blue, gray and russet. A solid strike emboldens the design elements, and radiantly lustrous surfaces are devoid of significant marks. Only a handful are found in Gem or better.
