<B>1895 $2 1/2 MS66 PCGS.</B></I> The 1895 quarter eagle had a low mintage of just 6,000 pieces. A fair number of those have survived in Mint State, but mostly in grades of MS60 through MS64. Only 10 have been graded as Premium Gems by PCGS, and none finer, as of (8/07). This example is bright and highly lustrous, with pleasing apricot, lime-green, and reddish coloration.
