We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal for purchases up to $1500.00. Good Check-Certified Funds or Wire Transfer for Purchases over $1,500.00. Auctioneer reserves the right to hold coins until your check clears. The credit card # you registered to bid with iCollector will be charged at the end of the auction, unless agreed arrangements are made prior to the sale. All Payments are to be sent to: J & S Coins and Bullion, attn.: Joe Greene, PO BOX 398 Pflugerville, TX 78691-0398. Call for wire transfer instructions. No Chargeback are accepted. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax where applicable. There is a $15.00 collection fee for each credit card that is declined. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. A 15% reselling fee will be applied to purchases not paid in full, returned or disputed.
Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws in the state of Texas, with jurisdiction in Pflugerville, Travis County, Texas. Should J & S Coins and Bullion have to engage an attorney for the collection of all sums not paid according to the terms of this agreement, it shall be entitled to recover its reasonable and necessary attorney's fees from you the Buyer / Bidder.

J & S Coins and Bullion is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding through iCollector, as a convenience to Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against J & S Coins and Bullion or its agents or assigns, if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
