<B>1894 25C PR66 NGC.</B></I> The obverse of this delightful Premium Gem proof has remarkable cameo contrast, nearly ultra cameo in its appearance, with wisps of champagne toning. The reverse has less contrast and it is subdued by traces of heather, perhaps the reason that it remains undesignated by NGC.
