<B>1894 10C PR67 <img src="/images/star.gif" width="10" height="10" alt="" border="0"> NGC.</B></I> It is not difficult to see why NGC assigned the Star classification to this Superb Gem proof. Thick frost is seen on the design elements, that yield noticeable contrast with the reflective fields, perhaps slightly more on the reverse. Cobalt-blue and purple toning around the obverse borders highlights the color-free central area, while the reverse is mostly untoned save for light peripheral color.
