<B>1893-S S$1 AU53 PCGS.</B></I> The classic key-date in the Morgan dollar series, this example exhibits only light wear on the high points, and presents lovely light silvery-gray surfaces. The fields retain nearly full luster and considerable prooflike surface remains visible in the protected areas. In fact, this piece was probably a remarkable fully prooflike example when it was struck, and an argument can be made to call it a prooflike piece today, despite a little evidence of circulation.
