This is unquestionably a condition rarity as lower grade pieces are plentiful. Both sides of this near-Gem have brilliant and frosty yellow-gold luster. Although it is not a fully struck piece, most of the design motifs are nicely defined. The fields are exceptional for their lack of abrasions, and the high points of the design have the usual light marks that are expected for the grade. Population: 35 in 64, 1 finer (9/06).
