<B>1893 25C PR67 </B></I><img src="/images/star.gif" width="10" height="10" alt="" border="0"><B> NGC.</B></I> This date seems to have been preserved in relatively large numbers for a second-year issue. The devices show a remarkable amount of frost on each side, almost enough to warrant a Cameo designation, and the fields are deeply reflective. The reverse is untoned, but the obverse is richly toned in golden and blue rings that surround the brilliant center. This is the only PR67 <img src="/images/star.gif" width="10" height="10" alt="" border="0"> certified by NGC with three finer according to the November Census Report.<BR><BR><B>Coin Engraver:</B> Charles E.
