<B>1893 25C Isabella Quarter MS65 PCGS.</B></I> By the time a "monarchical" portrait made its way to American coinage, nearly a century had passed from the time of Washington's denunciation and the royal in question belonged to the distant past. This Gem Isabella displays powerful luster and lovely peach-gold patina over much of both sides with a touch of light blue at the lower rims.
