<B>1892-CC S$1 MS64 PCGS.</B></I> In comparison to some of the 1878-1885 Carson City Morgan dollar issues that were sold in large quantities in the 1970s, by the General Services Administration, the 1892-CC is "relatively elusive", according to Q. David Bowers (1993). This near-Gem is well struck, lustrous, and essentially untoned, with just a touch of cloudiness in the fields. Clockwise die rotation is noted on the order of approximately twenty-five degrees.
