<B>1892-CC $5 MS62 NGC.</B></I> A fully lustrous Carson City issue that is unusually clean for the grade. The color is a rich green-gold and although there is some chatter on the edge, the coin's placement in a slab successfully minimizes its impact. Most of the known 1892-CC half eagles are in Extremely Fine or About Uncirculated condition and most are heavily bagmarked. Mint State examples are few and far between and this example is certainly high-end.
