<B>1892-CC $20 AU58 PCGS.</B></I> The 1892-CC issue is usually seen in high-end VF through AU55, but starts to become scarce in high-end AU condition. Doug Winter (2001) writes that the surfaces of this date are nearly always seen with "deep, dense abrasions." The present AU58 example we offer in this lot does have its share of bagmarks, but they are not deep and do not exhibit a dense spatial distribution. Moreover, the design features are well brought up, and the bright yellow-gold faces retain ample luster.
