<B>1892 $5 MS67 NGC.</B></I> With a mintage of 753,480 pieces the 1892 would be a logical choice for a type coin for the With Motto half eagle. A few high grade examples are known, but far fewer than the number of collectors who desire such pieces. NGC has certified only 10 coins in MS67 and PCGS has graded a mere two examples. This piece has rich reddish-gold color and the mint luster is uncommonly thick for a Philadelphia product, more resembling a coin that might have been produced in San Francisco.
