<B>1891-O $1 Morgan Dollar--Struck 15% Off Center, Improperly Cleaned--NCS. Fine Details.</B></I> Struck clearly off center toward 11 o'clock. The date and mintmark are fully intact, but most of PLURIBUS and ONE are off the flan. The obverse is predominantly slate-gray, the reverse is 60% chalk-gray and 40% ebony-black.
