<B>1891 25C PR67 Cameo NGC.</B></I> Dramatic cameo contrast is seen on both sides, as is a near total absence of toning on either the deeply mirrored fields or the icy frosted devices. A more appealing proof quarter in this grade would be quite challenging to find. Only 600 proofs were struck of the 1891 quarter, the final year of the Seated Liberty design, and they are generally well-produced and appealing.
