<B>1891 $1 PR68 NGC.</B></I> This piece should be designated Cameo due to the full contrast that is visible on each side. However, most of the obverse and all of the reverse are thickly toned in steel, heather, lilac, and sea-green, and this toning prevents such a designation. The obverse has a small circular area near the center that is brilliant white. It is an excellent example for the advanced collector assembling a set of proof Morgans, the collector putting together an 1891 proof set, or the collector of high quality type coins.<BR> NGC has certified five 1891 dollars at the PR68 level, two without any designation, two others as Cameo (one is a PR68<img border='0' src='http://www.heritagecoins.com/images/star.gif' width=10 height=10> Cameo), and one as Ultra Cameo.
