<B>1890's-1900's Kid McCoy Fight Tickets Lot Of 4.</B></I> Charles "Kid" McCoy was known as the, Real McCoy, for his tactic of faking injury in the ring to lure an unsuspecting opponent into a trap in which he would quickly recover and unleash a fury of blows. McCoy won the World Middleweight Title in 1897 and in his twenty-five year career posted victories over noted fighters Dan Creedon, Tommy West, Tommy Ryan, Peter Maher and Joe Choynski. Offered here are four unused tickets from the career of Kid McCoy. Included are three tickets from his fight with Dan Creedon on May 18, 1900 in which McCoy won by TKO. Two of these tickets include one stub and one includes both stubs. Overall all three are in excellent condition with no creases, clean front and back and no back damage. The fourth is a stubless ticket to the McCoy-Sharkey fight of of January 10, 1899 in New York in which Sharkey stopped McCoy. This ticket has some staining on the reverse and some light soiling on the front. <I>LOA from Craig Hamilton / JO Sports.</B></I>
