<B>1890-S $20 MS63 PCGS.</B></I> Overpowering frosty luster is the first thing one notices when examining this coin, whose apricot-gold hues give way to a hint of lime-gold in the peripheries. Surface abrasions appear to define the grade, but do little to limit the eye appeal.
