<B>1890 S$1 MS65 PCGS.</B></I> Gem examples of this issue are not often seen. Wayne Miller calls the 1890 one of the most difficult of the otherwise common date Morgans to be found at this level of preservation. This example is well struck, with crisp central details on each side. It is highly lustrous, with brilliant surfaces that reveal a dazzling cartwheel sheen.
