<B>1890-CC $20 MS60 NGC.</B></I> Jeff Garrett and Ron Guth (2006) write of the 1890-CC twenty that: "The demand for Western gold and the allure of the Carson City Mint has created intense collector interest." Extremely Fine and About Uncirculated coins can be located with patience, but Mint State pieces are more challenging. This MS60 example is well struck with peach-gold coloration. The fields are partially prooflike, and highlight the motifs when the coin is tilted under a light source.
