<B>1890-CC $1 MS64 NGC.</B></I> Despite its mintage of over 2.3 million pieces, the 1890-CC is considerably more elusive in Mint State grades than a number of earlier issues. This crisply struck and flashy dollar has a touch of champagne toning at the rims on both sides.
