<B>1890-CC $1 MS64 Deep Mirror Prooflike PCGS.</B></I> VAM-3. Frosty devices and obviously mirrored fields confirm the Deep Mirror Prooflike designation. Marks are minimal for the MS64 level, and the strike is crisp save for inconsequential blending on the eagle's left (facing) claw. The 90 in the date is relatively widely recut south.
