<B>1890-CC $1 MS64 Deep Mirror Prooflike NGC.</B></I> Much like its more famous Carson City predecessor, Mint State survivors of the 1890-CC have a greater tendency to exhibit prooflike qualities than the typical issue. The catch is to find a coin that is not heavily abraded and this is one such example.
