<B>1890<5C> MS66 NGC.</B></I> This lovely nickel has frosty gray color with intermingled gold and iridescent toning. Both sides are well struck, and even the lower left portion of the wreath is sharper than usual and nearly fully defined. NGC and PCGS combined have certified only 20 pieces at the MS66 level, with just a single example graded finer (9/06).
