<B>1890 5C MS65 NGC.</B></I> Light champagne-tan surfaces reveal glowing luster. The design elements are well struck, though softness is evident on the corn kernels to the left of the bow knot. Minute contact marks on Liberty's nose, cheek, and chin, and on the lower uprights of the V are mentioned for accuracy.
