<B>1890 25C PR64 Ultra Cameo NGC.</B></I> The 1890 was a low mintage date, likely due to the continued high production of silver dollars. Only 80,000 business strikes and 590 proofs were struck. This brilliant and razor-sharp near-Gem has remarkable ice-white frost throughout the devices. The right obverse field has a few trivial hairlines, and a small mint-made strike-through is noted on the middle arrowhead.
