<B>1890 25C PR64 Cameo PCGS.</B></I> Frosted devices appear to glide over the deep watery fields of this near-Gem Cameo quarter. Barely discernible milky-tan patina resides in the fields of both sides, helping to further accentuate the stone-white motifs, and a sharp strike brings out excellent design detail. A few unobtrusive handling marks in the obverse fields define the grade.
