<B>1889 G$1 MS66 Prooflike NGC.</B></I> A flashy and beautifully smooth Premium Gem with meticulously struck devices and imposing eye appeal. These attributes are augmented by pronounced contrast between the prooflike fields and frosted motifs, as well as impeccably preserved surfaces. The reverse border has a slender peripheral die crack, which suggests that the dies were removed from service and lapped, then restored before striking the present piece.
