<B>1889-CC S$1 MS61 NGC.</B></I> Strictly a Mint State coin, with unbroken luster over brilliant surfaces and no trace of rub, but this example is kept from a higher grade by a series of reeding marks visible without a loupe on Liberty's cheek, and a few miscellaneous small ticks and abrasions elsewhere, in less-prominent areas of the design. As a popular and more-affordable Mint State example of this always-popular (and always-elusive) key-date issue, the present piece should see spirited bidding.
