<B>1889 $3 MS63 NGC.</B></I> Most examples were saved of this last-year issue, and accordingly MS63 and MS64 coins are seen fairly often. The present piece shows light field chatter on both sides that limits an even finer Mint State grade, but the surfaces show much appeal via their orange-gold coloration complementing frosty luster.
