<B>1889 25C MS67 PCGS.</B></I> The 1889 quarter, from a mintage of 12,000 business strikes, is scarce in MS67, the grade of the specimen in the current lot, and virtually unobtainable any finer. This piece displays highly lustrous surfaces with a coating of aqua-green and mauve-gray patination. Sharply struck design features are mildly frosted and nicely highlighted by partially reflective fields. Both faces are immaculately preserved.
