<B>1889 $20 MS62 PCGS.</B></I> Honey-gold surfaces show the strongest luster in the areas around the design elements, and exhibit boldly impressed motifs. A few minute abrasions are noted, particularly on the obverse. With only 44,070 business strikes made, of which a few hundred have survived, the 1889 is a scarce date. MS62 is the highest grade obtainable; fewer than 20 examples have been seen finer by both services.
