<B>1888-O $1 'Scarface' MS62 NGC.</B></I> VAM-1B, Top 100 Variety. The "Scarface" dollar is characterized by a pronounced die crack that begins at the rim between E and P and runs diagonally across the cheek of Liberty. This is the most dramatic die crack in the entire Morgan dollar series and it is a rare coin in all grades. The surfaces are satiny and show the expected softness in the centers.
