<B>1888 25C MS67 NGC.</B></I> Both sides display intense mint frost that produces a dazzling cartwheel sheen, especially on the obverse. The design elements are generally well defined, but most of the obverse stars are weak in the centers. Both sides of the piece reveal splendid preservation, and a couple of tiny marks in the right obverse field fail to limit the grade of this impressive Superb Gem example.
