<B>1888 10C PR64 NGC.</B></I> Sharply struck with excellent definition on the wreath and on Liberty's head. Die polish separates Liberty's left (facing) arm from her body, and deletes the upper left portion of the shield. Both sides are essentially untoned, except for traces of milky patina on the lower reverse field. Light frost on the devices and watery reflectivity in the fields creates a pleasing, mild cameo effect.
