<B>1887-O $1 MS65 PCGS.</B></I> With a mintage in excess of 11 million pieces, it is not surprising that the 1887-O is common in the lower grades of Uncirculated. But poor luster and weak strikes thin out the ranks and surprisingly few Gems are known today. This is certainly a pleasing example. The obverse has end-of-the-roll toning, and the surfaces are uncommonly lustrous with a pronounced satin-like finish.
