<B>1887 50C PR66 PCGS.</B></I> The 1887 is a scarcer issue from the 1880s. Only 5,000 business strikes were produced, making the 710 proofs more desirable. This is an exceptionally attractive example. The fields are deeply reflective, and each side is covered with deep blue-green patina with an off-centered circle of deep rose. Minor obverse carbon is noted at 8 and 12 o'clock.
