<B>1887 25C PR66 NGC.</B></I> The ocean-blue obverse center is framed with peripheral apricot toning, and the reverse is ruby-red aside from a few deep green flecks and occasional aqua tones near the rim. The devices are sharply struck, although the stars are soft. Courtesy of the Bland-Allison Act, mint resources concentrated on silver dollar production in 1887, and the quarter was neglected.
